Psychotherapy
A safe space
As an experienced psychotherapist I know how important it is to have a space where we can show ourselves with all the difficulties and challenges and fears and insecurities – trusting, without shame. When all of this is allowed to just be there- it is put on the table to be seen- then this is the basis for change and healing.
There to support you
Becoming Allies
Sometimes it is hard to open up- and that is ok. Then we will work to nurture trust or courage- whatever it takes. I want your experience to be sustainable. I want you to grow into yourself and own your strengths as well as your flaws and grow more confident. Ideally so confident that you eventually start to feel confident enough to face new challenges on your own.
Looking at you holistically
Getting there
Together we will explore what contributes to your load and how it manifests – emotionally, cognitively, physically and in your behavior, and why. And we will find out what is helpful to reduce distress and strengthen your inner balance and resilience with your very own individual skillset.
